Interesting drama-variety setup

The first two episodes of Busted! established the premise on how the main cast members will follow a set storyline of connecting missions in the succeeding chapters.

What makes it interesting is how the seven detectives do not follow scripts on their actions and reacts on the situations and puzzles given to them in a perky and amusing fashion.

Another thing to note is how the resident comedians are awkwardly enthused in following the script like drama actors, and how the actors are subconsciously driven to present their acting faces due to the neat placement of the plot twists of the variety show premise.

That being said, there is drama and narrative direction arranged for the series without stripping the essentials of Korean entertainment such as impromptu humor and amusing games.

Viewers will surely enjoy the baffling mind games and the hilarious moments injected, owing to the spontaneous response of the members.

For the show’s official launch, the first episode excites with an escape room format which the Korean stars work on to succeed.

The members flaunted their clever minds as they pay attention to the details of the tasks given to them.

From containing the cast to an elaborated indoor maze-like set, they move to an enthralling outdoor experience for the treasure hunt theme of the second episode set in Jeju Island.

We swear, we laughed for five minutes in the scene when Park Min Young and Sejeong mischievously held the yellow snake to the horrified look of the male cast who are scared of the reptile.

The synergy of variety show veterans and newbies, along with their individual personalities and smarts, pushed the addictive spurt of the show.

Popular actress Park Min Young laid down on a dirty ground to survive the merry-go-round-log game to the surprise of her fellow team members who were not able to contain the laughter outburst.

Nation’s MC Yoo Jae Suk acquired a treasure-chest-opening trauma because of the solid face bomb hit, covering his face with white dirt.
