“Boy With Luv” Becomes BTS’ 1st MV To Smash 1.5 Billion YouTube Views

Worldwide phenomenal K-pop boy group BTS has achieved another remarkable milestone on YouTube with their “Boy With Luv” music video.

On April 22, the septet’s music video for their hit track “Boy With Luv” officially surpassed 1.5 billion views. Notably, it became their first-ever music video to hit the massive online view count.
RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook released “Boy With Luv” together with the American pop star Halsey on April 12, 2019. Meaning, it took them around three years and eight days to obtain the feat.
It is the title track of their sixth extended play Map of the Soul: Persona, which talks about the joy of small and simple love. Immediately after its release, the song entered Billboard’s Hot 100 at No.8 and charted for eight weeks in a row.
On top of the addictive lyrics and sounds, the accompanying music video charms with its musical-like attractions as well as the group’s graceful choreography and unrivaled chemistry.
