“We will operate an airport-level security checkpoint at the venue entrance,” BigHit stated. “Refunds requested due to delays in arrival because of prohibited item possession will not be honored,” they added. Before the show begins, search dogs will also be deployed to conduct detection of prohibited items inside the main arena.

BigHit Entertainment also pointed out that the venue, Jamsil Stadium, is an outdoor performance hall. The agency shared that there is a possibility of rain on the day of the performance due to weather changes such as typhoons. “Even if it rains, the performance will push through, and cancellations and refunds on the day due to rainy weather will not be honored,” BigHit stated.
