Jeong Sewoon Returns with New EP Brut and Emotion-Filled Comeback MV ‘Eternally’
Singer Jeong Sewoon is officially back in the spotlight, marking a fresh chapter in his musical journey with the upcoming release of his new EP Brut in May—his first release since transferring to CAM.
The comeback began with the release of the pre-release track “Eternally” and its black-and-white music video, unveiled through his official SNS and YouTube. The MV paints a hauntingly poetic picture, capturing Se-woon’s quiet emotional unraveling as he gazes into space, his blank expression and unsteady movements evoking deep introspection. The subtle flow of emotions mirrors the delicate but impactful storytelling he’s known for, heightening expectations for what’s to come in Brut.
“Eternally,” which was first performed at the Emergency Joint Festival hosted by CAM and MPMG on April 13, has already sparked interest among fans for its lyrical depth and atmospheric sound. The official MV now serves as the opening chapter of a larger narrative that Brut is expected to unfold.
Alongside the album release, Jeong Se-woon will also hold a small theater concert titled Bittersweet at Ewha Womans University’s ECC Yeongsan Theater from June 5–8 and June 12–15. The concert will serve as an intimate extension of the new EP, designed to fully immerse the audience in the emotions and stories that define this next phase of his artistry.
With Brut, Jeong Sewoon signals a bold yet sensitive evolution—one that’s raw, expressive, and destined to leave a lasting impression.
