BTS’ “Map Of The Soul: 7” Remains Unstoppable On Billboard 200

The amazing global power of BTS continues!

Over two months after making their highly-awaited return, the phenomenal worldwide K-pop boy group BTS continues to bag impressive feats with their latest masterpiece Map Of The Soul: 7.

Based on Billboard’s latest chart report on April 28, BTS’ fourth regular album, Map Of The Soul: 7, ranked 33rd in Billboard 200 chart. Making their grand return on February 28; RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook quickly raked records with their newest album.  The boys topped the Billboard 200 chart for a total of nine weeks since March 7.

Other amazing accolades

Additionally, the boy group’s Love Yourself: Answer, which was released in August 2018, rose to 164th place this week. It previously obtained the 199th spot earlier in April.

For the World Albums chart, BTS’ Map Of The Soul: 7 remained steady on top while Love Yourself: Answer placed 5th.

WINGS then followed at the sixth spot. Love Yourself: Tear also obtained a high-rank at 9th place.

Moreover, the K-pop septet continues to impress as they achieved the No.1 spot on Billboard’s Social 50 for 146 consecutive weeks now.


In related news, ARMYs will have to wait a little further as Big Hit Entertainment recently announced that BTS’ Map Of The Soul world tour will be rescheduled due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
