Top Girl Groups In June 2022 Brand Rankings: BLACKPINK, (G)I-DLE, & IVE

BLACKPINK has reclaimed the No.1 spot this June!

The Korean Business Research Institute has recently revealed that BLACKPINK topped the brand reputation rankings for K-pop girl groups in June while (G)I-DLE and IVE placed second and third spots, respectively.

The rankings are based on various factors including consumer participation, media, communication, and community indices analyzed by the organization. Particularly, it extracted a huge amount of data among numerous girl groups from May 12 to June 12.

#1 BLACKPINK

Rising to take back the top place is YG Entertainment’s femme fatale quartet, BLACKPINK. The girl group managed to lead the latest brand ranking with a score of 3,335,959.

Some of the high-ranking phrases in the group’s keyword analysis include “Queen of England,” “ambassador,” and “Instagram.” Meanwhile, words such as “participate,” “donate,” and “model” are present as their high-ranking related terms.

#2 (G)I-DLE

Following closely in second place is Cube Entertainment’s prized girl group, (G)I-DLE. They maintained the high spot for the second consecutive month now with a brand reputation index of 3,319,347.

#3 IVE

Previously leading the list, Starship Entertainment’s well-loved rookie girl group IVE came in at third rank this June. They earned a brand reputation index of 3,216,154.

Other leading girls groups in the Top 10

TWICE and LOONA took the fourth and fifth places. Red Velvet, Oh My Girl, and aespa placed eighth to tenth while LE SSERAFIM and Girls’ Generation completed the top ten at ninth and tenth spots.
