WEVERSE Officially launches “WEVERSE BY FANS”
Global fandom lifestyle platform Weverse today announced the official launch of ‘Weverse by Fans’, a service that allows fans to create personalized artist and group merchandise.
‘Weverse by Fans’ was test-launched during the 2023 Weverse Con Festival in June and received outstanding reviews. This feature enables fans to easily customize official merchandise within the Weverse app – no additional program installations required.
After selecting their desired merchandise in Weverse Shop, fans can add their choice of artists’ photos, logos, text, and stickers via the online editing tool. Once satisfied with their final design, fans can proceed to place an order.
Upon the official launch of ‘Weverse by Fans’, users can personalize official merchandise for the following artists and groups: ENHYPEN, NewJeans, HWANG MIN HYUN, BAEKHO, and XIA. Weverse plans to gradually expand the roster to include more artists for this service.
Weverse is also expanding its existing range of official merchandise, which currently features T-shirts, grip holders, photocards, and acrylic key rings, to provide a total of 23 merchandise options including smartphone and earbuds cases.
Weverse President Joon Choi said, “There has already been a culture among fans of wanting to tailor and personalize their own one-of-a-kind merchandise related to artists, and ‘Weverse by Fans’ is a service launched to reflect those needs.”
He also added, “We plan to continue to introduce advanced services that expand and add enjoyment to the fan experience.”
