“Unexpected Business 2” To Show Signature Healing Warmth With Cha Tae Hyun and Jo In Sung

With recently rolled teasers, Unexpected Business 2 amplified the interests of awaiting viewers!

From the success of the first season, Cha Tae Hyun and Jo In Sung return to the second season of running a store.  In the first season, they successfully manned a rural supermarket and had created meaningful connections and interactions with the villagers.

This time around they will be running a discount mart. Previously, in the teaser video unveiled, the two CEOs are seen arriving at the new store they will take charge of. Definitely an expanded version of the previous store they manned.

Running here and there, Cha mumbles how he can’t notice there’s a customer as he figures out how to operate the counter. Meanwhile, Jo busies himself with his new kitchen where he is set to prepare and cook hearty meals.

Reinforcements are surely needed, and sure they come as part-timers arrive. Adorably quipping Kim Woo Bin’s plight of working on anchovies and failing to charm an ajumma and a little girl.

Likewise, Lim Tae Hwan, Lee Kwang Soo, Seolhyun, Park Byung Eun, Kim Hye Soo and Han Hyo Joo are also seen happily assuming their assigned tasks.

What To Expect In Unexpected Business 2

Giving insights into what’s in store for Unexpected Business 2, PD Ryu promises a bigger, livelier and more fun season.

“I’m trying to make it a healing program without losing the warmth of season 1. Please enjoy watching and give warm support to the performers and guests,” he said.

When asked about the charm of the first season, PD Ryu emphasized the sincerity of Cha Tae Hyun and Jo In Sung.

“As the sincerity of the two was transmitted to the villagers, the villagers were able to share their candid appearance and warm story on the air. The real sympathy between the performers and the general public, which was created in this way, seems to have been a warm comfort to the viewers and also provided genuine humor.”

PD Ryu also discloses that Unexpected Business 2 will put the two bosses on more difficult challenges as they take on a 10-day mart business.

“The new season has to be more difficult. So, there will be challenges for them to overcome, and new realizations and rewards will be gained in the process of solving them. Various situations and more customers seem to have been the driving force for the growth of the two bosses.”

Unexpected Business 2 premieres on tvN on February 17.
