MONSTA X Celebrates 10 Years with Their Most Brilliant Return in THE X

MONSTA X (Shownu, Minhyuk, Kihyun, Hyungwon, Jooheon, and I.M) is making their long-awaited return—just in time for their 10th debut anniversary.

According to Starship Entertainment, the group will drop their surprise new mini-album THE X today (September 1) at 6 PM KST across major music platforms. To mark the release, MONSTA X will also host a special comeback talk live on their official YouTube channel at 8 PM, sharing the moment directly with fans.

THE X is more than just an album—it’s a celebration of MONSTA X’s decade-long journey since their debut in 2015. Known for their powerful performances and fearless concepts, the group once again proves their status as K-pop trailblazers. What makes this release even more special is that all six members have reunited to present a complete album, raising anticipation to new heights.

The mini-album features six tracks: the pre-released Do What I Want, the title track N The Front, along with Savior, Tuscan Leather, Catch Me Now, and Fire & Ice. Hyungwon, Jooheon, and I.M played a key role in songwriting and production, further highlighting MONSTA X’s musical identity and creative storytelling.

The title track N The Front is described as the anthem that best captures MONSTA X’s present state. With the bold declaration, “Rather than following others, we become the standard,” the track embodies the group’s refusal to be confined by expectations—defining “front” on their own terms. Its music video adds another layer of intensity, showcasing the members as figures who awaken the inner monsters of the world, delivering both rebellion and catharsis through edgy action sequences.

Renowned as “performance kings” with stages that consistently wow audiences, MONSTA X recently wrapped their 10th anniversary solo concert CONNECT X in Seoul and Japan, reaffirming their dominance on stage.
