MAMAMOO, APRIL, Kim Jae Hwan, And B.O.Y To Stage “Live K Concert” Charity Broadcast
MAMAMOO, APRIL, Kim Jae Hwan, and B.O.Y will meet fans via live performances streamed online with Live K Concert.
MAMAMOO, APRIL, Kim Jae Hwan, and B.O.Y will be partaking in the exciting Live K Concert charity broadcast to help COVID-19 relief organizations in Korea!
Organized by KT, the benefit concert aims to show the practice of social distancing. As part of South Korea’s measures to contain the spread of COVID-19, group gatherings are highly discouraged at the moment, and cultural events such as concerts and sports events have also been suspended.
Hoping to give fans the same feeling of being in an actual performance hall, Live K Concert intends to maximize the vivid sense of reality by capturing all elements of the concert, including lighting as well as sound and stage production while reflecting practices on social distancing.
On top of that, one of the reasons why expectations are high for Live K Concert is the active participation of artists who want to help the country overcome the COVID-19 crisis.
MAMAMOO, APRIL, Kim Jae Hwan, and B.O.Y are shared to have expressed their willingness to “donate” through their talents and performances, as the concert contains a good purpose of giving power and strength to the people.
The concert is also expected to be a “two-way” performance where viewers can donate while watching the artists perform. The entire donation, which will be collected through the participation of viewers, will be delivered to organizations and people suffering from the COVID-19 crisis.
Meanwhile, Live K Concert will be broadcast for free at 6 PM on April 11 on Olleh TV and Seezn, plus Kavecon for fans abroad. Aside from showcasing performances of MAMAMOO, APRIL, Kim Jae Hwan, and B.O.Y, the event will be hosted by announcer Lee Ji Ae.
