SHOWCASE RECAP: NMIXX Unveils Next-Generation K-Pop Through Debut Showcase Tour “NICE TO MIXX YOU” in Singapore

Love me like this and SG NSWERs love NMIXX right back!

NMIXX left the audience in awe during their first visit to Singapore for their SHOWCASE TOUR ‘NICE TO MIXX YOU’ in Singapore on June 23, 2023 at The Star Theatre.

NMIXX started off strong from their very first performance with uplifting tracks like TANK and O.O from their first single album, AD MARE. They continued to showcase their synchronized choreography and powerful vocals with their live versions of “Password”, “Just Did It” and “Young, Dumb and Stupid”. It was evident that NMIXX’s members had poured their hearts and souls into their performances, leaving the audience spellbound and craving for more.

NMIXX had left a huge impact on the NSWERs by performing two covers: TWICE’s “TT” and “Hey Mama” by David Guetta featuring Bebe Rexha and Nicki Minaj. The performances had NSWERs stunned by the girls’ enormous amount of energy.

To bring the audience along with them during the stage, NMIXX divided into 3 groups to direct the audience to sing the chorus of “Young, Dumb, Stupid”. Together with Lily and Haewon, the right side of the crowd started off the song, which was continued by BAE, Jiwoo and the middle crowd, and finally completed by Sullyoon and Kyujin with the rest of them.

They also interacted with their fans by explaining the meanings of their songs and sharing the stories from their debut. Chaewon even taught the NSWERS the dance moves called “Ding Dang Dong”, which was danced at the chorus “Young, Dumb, Stupid”.

After NMIXX continued their showcase by performing My Gosh and COOL (Your rainbow), fans surprised them with a fan project video, which showed their journey and words of encouragement from SG NSWERs. Each of the members was visibly touched and thanked the fans for their support and promised to work harder in the future.  

The showcase was wrapped up with HOME and Love Me Like This, where the crowd was absolutely not ready to go but still gave it their all as they sang and danced along with NMIXX.

As an encore, NMIXX showed their deep appreciation for their fans, who were at the core of the event by performing “Miss You 3000” by 831, a Mandarin OST from the Taiwanese movie Someday or One Day, claiming that they would always remember this song when they miss Singapore’s NSWERs.

They then performed “Love Me Like This” and “O.O” once more before saying final goodbyes to the fans.

From their explosive choreography to their amazing vocals, NMIXX has given an unforgettable experience to everyone in the audience. As their journey continues, we can’t help but be excited about when they will come back to Singapore.
