Worldwide phenomenal boy group BTS has exceeded 1.2 billion views on the YouTube platform with their “MIC Drop (Steve Aoki Remix)” music video.

Just recently, the boy group’s music video for “MIC Drop (Steve Aoki Remix” hit the 1.2 billion mark on YouTube. The septet took around four years, six months, and seven days to achieve the impressive milestone.

Back on November 24, 2017, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook released the swag-filled music video for “MIC Drop (Steve Aoki Remix”  and amazed fans with their charisma.

4th MV to garner 1.2 billion views

Notably, “MIC Drop (Steve Aoki Remix)” became BTS’ fourth music video to reach one billion views on YouTube after “DNA,” “Boy With Luv,” and “Dynamite.”

Aside from its YouTube success, the song also bagged several achievements from various music organizations. It set a record for ten consecutive weeks on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart and even notched a platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
