Winter from the sought-after K-pop female quartet aespa will miss their back-to-back concerts in Nagoya, Japan due to her poor physical condition.

Earlier today, SM Entertainment released an official statement regarding the health condition of aespa’s Winter. The agency said, “Due to Winter’s poor physical condition, we consulted with doctors, and decided that she will not participate in Japan Concerts at Gaishi Hall on April 29 and 30.”

aespa’s Karina, Giselle, and Ningning will proceed as scheduled and set to pour out their best sans Winter. The agency added that the fans who want a ticket refund due to the sudden change will be refunded within the set period.

Meanwhile, in related news, aespa will make a comeback with their new mini album MY WORLD on May 8. Prior to the release of this album, the single “Welcome To My World” will be dropped in advance on May 2, raising expectations of fans worldwide with a plan to signal a full-fledged comeback.
