YG Entertainment has officially set the stage for BABYMONSTER’s return, unveiling plans for their third mini album CHOOM.

The announcement, shared on April 30 via the company’s official blog, aligns with the 2026 roadmap introduced by executive producer Yang Hyun-suk—and comes with a striking motion teaser hinting at the group’s next evolution.

The teaser doesn’t hold back on impact. Set to a pulsing beat, a high-speed race car bursts onto the screen, accelerating with intensity as the word “Dance” blazes across its path. The adrenaline-charged visuals suggest a concept rooted in movement, energy, and unity.

While full details about CHOOM remain under wraps, curiosity is building fast. Yang Hyun-suk previously described the release as something “entirely new,” raising expectations for a bold transformation from the group.

YG elaborated on the album’s vision, explaining that CHOOM—which translates to “dance”—captures the electrifying moment when music and movement become one. Meanwhile, the group is celebrating a milestone with fans. BABYMONSTER is hosting their second anniversary event, MONSTIEZ DAY, across multiple venues in Seoul—including The Same Hapjeong, The Same Myeongdong, and The Same Insa—running through April 5.
