Brave Girls To Promote Under A New Group Name Following Change Of Agency

By  |

Brave Girls will make a new start as BB GIRLS.

The members of Brave Girls, who recently signed an exclusive contract with Warner Music Korea, will be promoting under a new team name, BB GIRLS.

Brave Girls is a team launched in 2011 by Brave Entertainment, led by hit song makers Brave Brothers. Currently, the team has four members, Minyoung, Yoojung, Eunji, and Yuna, who joined as new members in 2016. With the song “Rollin” released in 2017, they leaped forward as a popular girl group by achieving a myth of running backward on the music charts in 2021, four years later.

Brave Girls have been without an agency for a while since their exclusive contract with Brave Entertainment expired in February and recently made a new nest at Warner Music Korea. It is an expression of their will to continue their activities as a complete group. The members announced the news of the exclusive contract through their respective SNS accounts and announced a summer comeback.

Since Brave Entertainment owns the trademark rights for the existing team name, a change was inevitable to carry out smooth activities under a new company. It is a message that the members chose the new team name after much thought while continuing the team’s identity and being able to simply stick in the public’s mind.
