BTS And Big Hit Entertainment Donate 100 Million Won To Families Of Sewol Ferry Victims

With the donation, many families of Sewol ferry victims may overcome difficulties!

Boy group BTS and their agency Big Hit Entertainment privately donated 100 million won in total to family members of Sewol ferry victims.

An official statement about the donation was made on January 21:

“BTS and agency Big Hit Entertainment have donated 100 million won to the 4/16 Sewol Families for Truth and a Safer Society, an organization for the families of Sewol victims.”

The amount of donation includes 70 million won from the group’s 7 members, and the remaining 30 million won from Big Hit Entertainment.

In related news, BTS will kick off their world tour with a concert titled Wings Tour Seoul Concert at the Gocheok Sky Dome on February 18 and 19.
