The International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) recently announced its annual Global Digital Single Chart for 2021.

For the second year in a row now, the worldwide K-pop boy group BTS has entered the Top 10 of IFPI’s 2021 Global Digital Single chart. In particular, the septet’s record-breaking track “Butter” scored the No.4 spot, making it their highest ranking yet since placing 10th in the 2020 chart with “Dynamite.”

The Global Digital Single chart ranks the best-selling songs worldwide in all digital formats, including individual song downloads and music streaming services.

In addition, IFPI revealed that BTS bagged the No.1 spot on their 2021 IFPI Global Artist chart.

Meanwhile, the boys are currently preparing for their highly-awaited concert tour Permission to Dance On Stage. They are set to delight fans with a three-day show in Jamsil Sports Complex in Seoul this coming March 10, 12, and 13. In April, the group will then fly to Las Vegas for a four-day concert party at the Allegiant Stadium, from April 8 to 9 and April 15 to 16.
