BTS’ Jimin Reclaims Throne As No.1 K-Pop Boy Group Member In July Brand Rankings

BTS’ Jimin is back on top once again!

The Korean Business Research Institute has recognized BTS’ Jimin as the No.1 K-pop boy group member this July 2022.

The rankings were based on consumer participation, media, communication, and community indices. Specifically, the institute extracted 101,420,850 brand data from 703 boy group members from June 16 to July 16.

Climbing back to take the top spot, Jimin of the worldwide K-pop septet BTS has once again shown his power as the leading boy group member. He took the No.1 place with a score of 6,130,231.

Some of the high-ranking phrases in the idol’s keyword analysis include “ARMY,” “Instagram,” and his recent track “With You.” The words such as “record,” “release,” and “surpass” are also present as his highest-ranking related terms.

Other top male idols in the Top 10

Wanna One’s Kang Daniel followed at second place this July with a brand reputation. index of 5,317,589. BTS’ Jungkook, ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo, and BTS’ V placed third to fifth. Meanwhile, BTS’ Jin, RM, Wanna One’s Minhyun, BIGBANG’s G-Dragon, and BTS’ Suga completed the top 10 list at sixth to tenth spots, respectively.
