NCT’s Mark Shows Amazing Performance On Music Charts Worldwide With “Child”

NCT’s trusted all-rounder member Mark is getting a hot response with his solo song “Child.”

On February 4 at 6 PM KST, Mark made his long-awaited solo music release. He gifted fans with his first solo song “Child” through SM STATION’s NCTLAB project.

Quickly after its release, the track showed amazing performance on the domestic and international music charts. It topped the major Korean music charts including Bugs and Vibe.

In addition, “Child” scored the No.1 spot on iTunes Top Song Chart around the world. Specifically, the track dominated in at least 14 regions, including Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Peru, Colombia, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Singapore, Philippines, Mongolia, Vietnam, Taiwan, Bahrain, and El Salvador.

Mark’s first solo song “Child” is a hip-hop genre song that charms with its unique bass synth and electric guitar sounds. Making this music release more special for himself and his fans, Mark participated in writing and composing the track to show his honest thoughts as he reflects on himself.
