Suzy Makes Donation To Help Flood Victims

South Korean actress Suzy makes a generous donation to help flood victims.

Just recently, the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association announced that Suzy had donated 100 million won to help flood-stricken neighbors.

Suzy revealed the reason for the donation, “I want to convey deep condolences to everyone who has suffered a lot from the current torrential rain.”

The well-loved idol-turned-actress is a member of the Hope Bridge Honors Club, a major donation club. Starting with donations to help neighbors affected by forest fires in Gangwon Province in 2019, she has delivered hope to neighbors affected by disasters by donating KRW 100 million each to floods in 2020 and East Coast in 2022.

Meanwhile, according to the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasure Headquarters, as of 6 a.m. on the same day, 44 people died, 6 people were missing, and 35 people were injured due to the torrential rain.
