SF9’s Jaeyoon Enlists In The Military

All the best as you fulfill your mandatory military duty, SF9’s Jaeyoon! Fans are surely waiting for your safe return.

Jaeyoon of the talented boy group SF9 has officially enlisted in the military today.

Just recently, Jaeyoon entered the 3rd Division of the Army as an active duty soldier. After basic military training, he will move to his base and start his national defense duties.

There was no separate official event held as his agency, FNC Entertainment, requested fans refrain from visiting the location of his enlistment.

In addition, Jaeyoon becomes the third member of SF9 to begin his mandatory military duty. Last year, Inseong and Youngbin also kicked off their journey as active-duty soldiers.

Meanwhile, SF9 — consisting of Youngbin, Inseong, Jaeyoon, Dawon, Rowoon, Zuho, Taeyang, Hwiyoung, and Chani — debuted in 2016. The group released songs such as “O Sole Mio,” “I Screamed,” and “Good Guy,” among others. Moreover, they returned with a new album THE PIECE OF9 last January 12. The album is the group’s most successful to date, selling an impressive 179,666 copies in the first week of its release.
