Congratulations to BTS for piling up their wide-list of achievements with more recent feats!
Just hours before the drop of their newest album Map Of The Soul:7, the worldwide K-Pop septet BTS has bagged new records for their 2019 hit track “Boy With Luv”.
New YouTube Record
In the morning of February 21, the boy band’s music video for their record-breaking masterpiece “Boy With Luv” has officially exceeded the 700-million mark on YouTube. Remarkably, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, and V were able to obtain the amazing milestone in less than a year after the song’s release on 12 April 2019.
It took them only around ten months, eight days, and 14 hours to achieve the feat – making it the fastest K-Pop boy group MV to reach the said massive count. Additionally, the track became their second music video to join the 700-milion club on YouTube after their hit song “DNA”.

Aside from its online success, BTS’ “Boy With Luv” also recently received a brand-new recognition in the international music scene. The track specifically acquired a silver certification from the British Phonograpjic Industry (BRIT Awards) as it successfully achieved 200,000 units sold in United Kingdom.
