Teamwork really made the dreams of BTS work!

South Korean boy group BTS was a real-life definition of family as the members made sure their youngest member Jungkook would not get left behind during the London stop of the group’s Love Yourself world tour on October 9.

A few hours before the show, Big Hit Entertainment posted on its social media channels that Jungkook would be unable to fully participate in the group’s concert, particularly the dances, due to a heel injury he sustained.

“Approximately two hours ago, following the rehearsal and sound check, Jungkook was lightly stretching in the waiting room when he collided with floor furnishings and suffered an injury to his heel,” the statement reads. The agency assured fans that the injury was not serious. However, for precautionary measures, the idol was asked not to perform the choreography as doing so may worsen the injury.

Because of this, Jungkook sat down during the concert held at The 02 Arena. Despite his situation, the idol continued to give his 101 percent, impressing fans during his “Euphoria” stage and moving along to the group’s choreography in his best capacity.

Moreover, the concert also showed BTS’ camaraderie and the members’ love for  their youngest especially when the latter was overwhelmed with emotions.

Fans were touched by the gestures of the members who comforted and cheered on Jungkook. Leader RM assured his younger brother saying, “It’s never your fault, Jungkook,” during the group’s ment as unexpected things do happen.

Jimin was also quick to run to the maknae after noticing him crying while the rest of the members were on the extended stage. He also asked fans to cheer on the idol by screaming “I love you, Jungkook!” to which ARMYs willingly did.

The members made sure Jungkook does not feel left out with RM singing to him and Taehyung staying by his side.

In tears, Jungkook sent his apologies to ARMYs for not performing the choreography with the rest of the members due to his injury. On-site fans assured him it was okay, while ARMYs on Twitter used the hashtag #WeLoveYouJungkook to cheer him up and express their admiration to him.
