aespa Prepares For Comeback In May

aespa will be returning with new music soon!

SM Entertainment’s prized female K-pop quartet aespa has been confirmed to release a new album soon.

On April 14, SM Entertainment said, “aespa will make a comeback on May 8. The detailed release and promotion schedule will be released soon. We ask for your interest and expectation.”

This will mark the group’s first comeback in 10 months since their second mini-album Girls released in July of last year.

In particular, aespa has been delighting fans by holding a solo concert and opening a pop-up store ahead of their comeback. The group’s leader Karina hinted good news during their solo concert 2023 aespa 1st Concert SYNK: HYPER LINE held at Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Seoul on February 25 and 26. “Soon through a comeback, we will show you a more special and interesting image, so please look forward to it,” she said.

Meanwhile, Karina, Winter, Giselle, and Ningning are currently on tour in Japan after finishing the concert in Seoul. On April 15 and 16, they will visit Saitama Super Arena to meet fans. aespa plans to mobilize about 110,000 spectators through 10 performances in 4 regions and announced that it will be the first 4th generation group to enter the Tokyo Dome in August.
