BTS To Grace This Year’s Grammys With Their Presence

BTS is definitely on fire this 2019 as they announce one big feat which is absolutely sweeter than sweet!

The news is out – BTS is confirmed to be attending this year’s Grammy Awards ceremony!

It is official – BTS will be making their first appearance at the Grammys this year! The worldwide-famous boy group will be joining the 2019 Grammy Awards on February 10 as one of the event’s award presenters.

The news was earlier reported by US media Variety and later on confirmed by Billboard, sending fans to celebrate on Twitter using the trend #BTSxGrammys immediately.

There is no news or clue yet on which award category the septet will be presenting. However, they are already expected to be one of the artists in attendance which everyone would be looking out for.

Other than presenting an award, BTS will also be attending the ceremony as nominees for the Best Recording Package category in recognition of the cover art for their album Love Yourself: Tear. They are up against St. Vincent’s Masseduction, Mitski’s Be the Cowboy, The Chairman’s The Offering, and Foxhole’s Well Kept Thing.

Love Yourself: Tear‘s nomination in the Grammys serves as a breakthrough milestone in the K-Pop industry. It marks the first time a K-Pop album made the cut for any category from the prestigious award-giving body.

Should they win, the group will be sharing the award with HuskyFox, a Seoul-based branding company who worked hard with the boys for the design of the album.

This year’s Grammys will air on CBS on February 10 at 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
