BTS Receives 2 Nominations From “The 2020 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards”

BTS yet again proves their worldwide popularity as they scored two nominations in this year’s 2020 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards!

On February 13, the global sensation K-Pop group, BTS, has been nominated for the Favorite Music Group. They are nominated alongside Fall Out Boy, Jonas Brothers, Maroon 5, Panic! At The Disco, and The Chainsmokers.

Another nomination for the septet is Favorite Global Music Star award representing Asia. Other artists including Dua Lipa form UK, J Balvin from Latin America, Rosalía from Europe, Sho Madjozi from Africa, Taylor Swift from North America, and Tones and I from Australia are also nominees for the Favorite Global Music Star award.

In the year 2018, BTS has already received an award from Kids’ Choice Awards. Likewise, they also received the Favorite Global Music Star award.

To know if BTS will add two more awards on the list of their accolades, the Kids’ Choice Awards will be broadcast live on March 22 at 7:30 p.m. local time on Nickelodeon.

BTS Continues worldwide success

2020 is only starting but BTS is already breaking records.

On January 17, BTS released their pre-release new song, “Black Swan,” from their upcoming album Map of the Soul: 7. The track hit the top spot on iTunes Top Songs charts in at least 93 different regions —breaking their own record! They also ranked first on many realtime Music charts in Korea.

“Black Swan” has several impressive feats on the Billboard Chart too. On February 1, the song ranked at No. 57 on the Hot 100 chart. The track also placed at No. 2 on Billboard’s Digital Song Sales chart. It also topped the World Digital Song Sales chart.

Just recently, BTS has been announced to be the Korean artist to have an album achieve platinum status in the USA. The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) has now certified BTS’s 2018 album – Love Yourself: Answer platinum.

BTS continues to impress with their milestones!
