Buzzfeed Finally Released Monsta X’s Puppy Interview And It’s The Cutest Thing Ever

It’s another episode of Buzzfeed’s Puppy Interview and Monsta X is “All In” for these puppies, er, questions.

Monsta X quickly became the global trend as they embarked on their second world tour for their The Connect album. Because of this, they have been featured on local TV talk shows like Good Day New York, Access Hollywood and BUILDseries. Now, as they are close to finishing the North American part of their tour, they adoringly obliged for a very special interview with Buzzfeed.

Seated in a semi-circle, the boys looked excited to be playing with puppies in the middle of their world tour. As cute as the puppies themselves, their collective oohs, ahhs and awws filled the room whenever a puppy does something in front of them. Starting off with naming the puppies, they chose names like Popo and Jane to suit the little furries and soon, they answered their first question.

Monsta X was first asked about the music genre they want to do in the future. Kihyun answered rock music while Jooheon answered jazz music, even singing a few lines from Chet Baker with Minhyuk. They were also asked about what they want Monsta X to be remembered for. Kihyun wanted them to be remembered as powerful and energetic while Minhyuk and I.M. wanted to be remembered as a good and respectable singers. Kihyun added handsome to the mix as Shownu wanted them to be remembered as cool guys. I.M. added that he wanted to be remembered as savage.

When asked about their growth as an artist between their first and second world tour, Hyungwon answered that he thinks the members are more sensual this time around meanwhile, I.M. added that they have better English skills compared to last year. Jooheon said that he felt that they’ve grown a lot more musically because they really want to challenge themselves for their fans. About a collaboration with other celebrities, I.M. immediately and cutely answered that he wanted to collaborate with the puppies.

Monsta X were also asked if they have things they want to change about their past and Jooheon says that he has some regrets. I.M. then gave out this senior quote worthy line: “Present was from the past and the future comes from the present so I like myself right now.”. Wonho added that those moments brought them to where they are now and that those are special memories.

Some cute trivias about the members were disclosed throughout the interview such as I.M. picking his rap verse in “Shine Forever” to be the his best one because the fans sing along with him when he sings the lines. Shownu quipped wanting to switch bodies with Wonho because he wants to have more packs of abs since he only has one. Note to Shownu: Monbebes likes you with or without abs.

Kihyun remarked wanting to become Harry Potter and Jooheon expressed his eagerness to be a vampire from Twilight.

They ended the interview by asking what Shownu likes about being the leader of Monsta X to which he simply answered that he’s just a leader.

Monsta X is currently on their world tour as they perform their last North American show in Los Angeles on August 3 and will move on to South America from August 5th to August 12th.
