(G)I-DLE Decorates The First Day Finale Of “Head In The Clouds Music 2024”

(G)I-DLE illuminated the night in New York City, USA.

(G)I-DLE (comprising Miyeon, Minnie, Soyeon, Yuqi, and Shuhua) took the stage at Head In The Clouds Music 2024 (HITC 2024) held at Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, New York City, USA on the 11th (local time). (G)I-DLE headlined the final performance of the day, bringing a splendid conclusion to the global festival.

The group kicked off their set with the title track “Super Lady” from their 2nd full-length album 2. They continued to electrify the crowd with a series of hits including “I Want That”, “Oh my god”, “LION”, “LATATA”, “Queencard”, and “I D”‘. Additionally, they treated the audience to concert versions of ‘Allergy’, ‘MY BAG’, ‘TOMBOY’, ‘THE BADDEST’, and ‘POP/STARS’, which further heated up the atmosphere.

Throughout the performance, (G)I-DLE captivated the audience with their dynamic and passionate performances, garnering an enthusiastic response from local fans. Their eye-catching stage presence and powerful performances left a lasting impression on attendees.

On the 6th, (G)I-DLE’s music video for ‘Nxde’ surpassed 300 million views, marking their third video to achieve this milestone after ‘TOMBOY’ and ‘Queencard’. With five music videos exceeding 200 million views, the group continues to gain popularity steadily.

Additionally, member Yuqi made her official solo debut with the release of her first mini album ‘YUQ1’ on the 23rd of the previous month. Yuqi achieved half-million sales with her solo debut, demonstrating the group’s success in both group and solo activities.
