EXO’s Chen Unveils Promotion Schedule And Track List For “April, and a flower” Solo Album

Chen is meeting springtime with equally warm and soothing vocals, and EXO-Ls could not be more excited!

EXO’s Chen is getting ready to bloom with April, and he is making sure his beloved EXO-Ls are too by releasing his promotion schedule and his track list for April, and a flower.

According to the schedule, Chen will release a series of teaser photos through the course of the following weeks before the release. The singer will also give EXO-Ls a sneak peek of the mini-album through highlight medleys and a music video teaser.

Through April, and a flower, Chen will release six new songs. His mini album will showcase his songwriting ability as he wrote the lyrics for “꽃 (Flower)”. The first track was arranged and composed by Kim Jae Hwi, who has also composed songs for IU.

Additionally, singer Paul Kim also wrote the lyrics for “하고 싶던 말 (Sorry not sorry)”.

The title track for this mini-album is “사월이 지나면 우리 헤어져요 Beautiful goodbye”. The title track will showcase Chen’s warm and soothing vocals, perfect for springtime. “사월이 지나면 우리 헤어져요 Beautiful goodbye”, much like his other songs, express his soft sensibilities well.

In line with his solo debut, Chen will perform on Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook sometime at the end of March. The singer reportedly participated in the shoot whilst working on his solo stage. The program airs every Friday at 11 p.m. KST via KBS2, so it is possible that fans may even get a sneak peek of a track live.
