NU’EST Takes Top Spots On Charts Ahead Of “Happily Ever After” Comeback
LOVEs show off their excitement for the return of NU’EST by giving their boys top spots on charts!
The anticipation for the full-group comeback of NU’EST continues to amplify as the boy group’s sixth mini album Happily Ever After secures number one spots on weekly and real-time charts of various music sites for the week ending April 21.
The extended play, set to be unveiled on April 29, topped the weekly charts of Yes24, Hottracks, Aladdin, and Interpark.
In addition, it recorded first place in Synnara’s real-time chart, displaying the continuous growth of the boys’ popularity and the heightened excitement to see the five members come together for a new release since their 2016 release Canvas.
Meanwhile, NU’EST greeted April 24 with a first peak of “Bet Bet” music video. The MV teaser shared on the boy group’s social media channels at 12 midnight KST features more mature visuals of the boys who channeled dream-like and mysterious vibes in their suits.
It also boosted expectations from fans who enjoyed new photo and video teasers in days leading to the comeback.
Prior to the music video teaser, the boy group shared more information regarding the seven tracks that will compose Happily Ever After. The EP will include tracks namely “Segno”, “Bet Bet”, “Bass”, “Talk About Love”, “Different”, “Fine”, and “Universe”.
Baekho, together with Pledis Entertainment’s resident producer Bumzu, once again took charge of writing and composing six of the seven tracks in the album. Leader JR also contributed in writing the words to six songs, while Min Hyun helped pen his solo song “Universe” with Bumzu.
