BTS’ Jimin Sends Sweet Message To Fans Following His Surgery

Fans are surely delighted to hear from BTS’ Jimin!

Jimin from the worldwide phenomenal boy group BTS has recently updated fans about his health status.

Earlier this week, Big Hit Music revealed that Jimin underwent surgery due to acute appendicitis and tested positive for COVID-19. To assure fans about his condition, the sweet idol posted a message on the fan community, Weverse.

“I’m sorry for worrying you. I think I will be able to be discharged soon. I am recovering well and I ate all three meals. Please wait a little bit. I will recover quickly and go,” he wrote in his post.

Fans, who were concerned about Jimin’s health, were relieved with reactions such as “I’m so glad,” “I hope you can get well soon,” and “See you in good health.”

On January 30, Jimin visited the emergency room of a nearby hospital with mild sore throat and abdominal pain and underwent a PCR (gene amplification) test and detailed examination. As a result, he was diagnosed with COVID-19 and was diagnosed with acute appendicitis and underwent surgery the next morning.

According to Big Hit Music, Jimin will be hospitalized for the time being due to the fact that he was diagnosed with COVID-19 and had appendicitis surgery. Jimin is currently suffering from mild sore throat symptoms, but it is improving, and it is reported that while it is determined that he has the ability to transmit the virus, there has been no contact with other members.

Meanwhile, at the end of last year, BTS’ Suga, RM, and Jin were tested positive for COVID-19 and recovered.
