Shinhwa’s Eric And Actress Na Hye Mi To Get Married In July

A happy ending for Shinhwa’s Eric and Na Hye Mi.

On April 17, Shinhwa’s Eric surprised fans by posting an official announcement of his wedding on the official Facebook account of his agency.

The post reads:

Hello, this is Shinhwa ERIC.

I met a long life caring friend of mine, and I will be having a quiet and respectful marriage with my family and friends in a church on July 1, 2017.

I received so much love from SHINHWACHANGJO fans as being a member of SHINHWA for 19 years, and I will promise to work harder with a settled mind for all the love you gave.

We will always appreciate, respect and take care of each other.

Thank you.

The heartthrob’s marriage statement has been receiving great support from fans. Many wrote comments to congratulate their idol on his blissful news.

It is noted that Eric is the first member of his group to get married with his girlfriend of three years. Hye Mi is twelve years younger than him.

The two were rumored to be dating in 2014, but they both denied it. After their dating rumors resurfaced last February, they finally made public with their romantic relationship.

Eric made his debut as a member of the veteran K-pop group Shinhwa in 1998. He has been actively pursuing both singing and acting career. His recent TV appearance was on the MBC TV drama Another Miss Oh in 2016.

Meanwhile, his wife-to-be Hye Mi debuted in a movie named Address Unknown in 2001. She also took a supporting role in MBC TV’s High Kick in 2006.
