A steady source of good laughs for the last ten years, the longest-running variety show on SBS Channel – Running Man, continues to mark its legacy as one of, if not, the most-loved entertainment program in Asia.

Titled Running Man: A Decade Of Laughter Live In Manila, the highly-awaited fan party will be happening at the Mall of Asia Arena this coming February 9, 2020.

Where It All Started – Episode 1

Running Man premiered on July 11, 2010. The variety show introduced to viewers an all-male lineup composed of Jae Suk, Suk Jin, Jong Kook, Gary, Ha Ha, Joong Ki, and Kwang Soo. Bringing in fun and beauty to its very first episode, well-loved celebrities Lee Hyori and Hwang Jung Eum joined as special guests.

The cast together with the guests are divided into two teams namely, “Expensive” and “Cheap”. Competing to win the race, the groups find secret codes in the huge T Shopping Mall in Seoul.

First Super Power Special – Episode 74

As part of its Christmas special, Running Man members were given their respective “super powers”. With various abilities such as controlling mind, time, and space, obtaining three lives, having four clones, sixth sense, and the death note – the members excitingly and hilariously eliminate one another.

Playing With The “King Of Martial Arts” Jackie Chan – Episode 135

Imagine competing with the famous Jackie Chan in a South Korean variety show? The cast of Running Man really wasn’t able to help but unleash their fan spirits within them.

Together with another special guest, Siwon from the legendary K-Pop boy group Super Junior, they gamely showed their goofiness and competitiveness in the games.

Ultimate Idol Race – Episode 162

Seven idol groups present in one episode? This surely is one for the books as shining K-Pop acts including 2PM, APink, Girl’s Day, Infinite, Beast, MBLAQ, and Sistar battled it out to win the “2013 Ultimate Idol Race” on Running Man.

Showing the mesmerizing beauty of Australia, they rode helicopters, jet skis, Beach ATVs, and more, to accomplish their exciting missions.

“It’s Okay, I’m a Chaebol” – Episode 213

Several famous antagonists in the K-drama land visited Running Man for an episode to remember! Fighting for a large family-owned business conglomerate, guests Yeo Jin, Kim Min Seo, Lee Yoo Ri, Seo Woo, Yoo In Young flaunted their overflowing charisma to help their partners win the race. The Glorious Return Of BIGBANG – Episode 250

Need we say more? It’s BIGBANG! The Roman gladiators team composed of Kim Jong Kook, G-Dragon, T.O.P, Daesung, Taeyang, and Seungri faced off Running Man members who played as Joseon-era merchants.  A little spoiler to spice up your anticipation, Jong Kook unwillingly got stripped while playing basketball in the river!

100 Athletes versus 100 Celebrities – Episode 271 and 272

Certainly a massive treat! This episode showcased the many connections of Running Man members. With the mission of bringing in 93 additional guests in the show, the cast was able to impressively invite celebrities in just a couple of hours to make up their team of 100. Together they fight against South Korea’s well-acknowledged athletes. Watch and find out how exciting the name tag elimination happened!

Girls’ Generation’s 10th debut anniversary – Episode 363

Celebrating their 10th debut anniversary, SM Entertainment’s prized K-Pop group Girls’ Generation returned to Running Man in 2017.
