HallyuPopFest 2019: NU’EST Nicks A Date With Singapore Fans In May

Singapore LOVEs, you have all the reasons to sweetly scream because NU’EST is really coming to meet you at the HallyuPopFest 2019!

Recently returning as a full group, NU’EST will notch an appearance to the biggest K-Pop festival in the Southeast Asia in May.

On March 9, NU’EST was officially unveiled as the sixth K-Pop act to grace HallyuPopFest 2019. Joining Super Junior, Pentagon, (G)I-DLE, OH MY GIRL, and A.C.E., the boys elevated the anticipation to the Korean wave celebration.

As of press time, JR, Min Hyun, Baekho, Minhyun and Ren’s confirmed appearance at HallyuPopFest 2019, which marks the group’s first overseas showcase as a full group.

In February, Pledis Entertainment rolled out preparations for the reunited members and has since released the news of a new track to be launched by NU’EST after three years.

Following Minhyun’s stint as a Wanna One member, the remaining four members promoted as NU’EST W. Before HallyuPopFest 2019, the quintet will stage their first solo concert as a five-member group at the Olympic Gymnsatics Arena in Seoul this April.

Four years since their debut in March 2015, the group has worked on two studio albums, five EPs, one compilation album, and 13 singles.

HALLYUPOPFEST

Now onto its second year of celebrating Southeast Asia’s largest K-Pop music festival, HallyuPopFest 2019 gears up for an all-out entertaining activities this year on May 25 and 26.

Last year, for the first time in Singapore and in Southeast Asia, K-Pop fans were treated to Hallyu fun and festivity besides the sensational evening performances of top K-Pop acts.

A variety of on-site entertaining activities such as red carpet events, global auditions, meet and greet sessions, hi-touch opportunities were also scheduled for the duration of the  K-Pop music festival.
