Yoshinori Is The Fourth Member Of Second Boy Group From “YG Treasure Box”

Yoshinori will join YG Entertainment’s next generation of boy groups!

YG Entertainment named Yoshinori as the fourth members of the second boy group it seeks to debut from the survival reality show YG Treasure Box.

The revelation was made through YG Entertainment’s social media channels and blog, yg-life.com, on February 2 at 11 a.m. KST.

The trainee from YG Japan joins Ha Yoon Bin, Mashiho, and Kim Do Young in the lineup of the six-member boy group, who will represent the entertainment company’s next generation of stars along with Treasure.

Ha Yoon Bin’s introduction as the first member came on January 30. YGE then revealed Mashiho as the second member on January 31. On February 1, Kim Do Young joined the lineup as the third member.

Who is Yoshinori?

Yoshinori was born in 2000. His love for Korean music propelled him to audition for YG Japan when he was a freshman.

In 2018, he joined YG Treasure Box as one of the seven trainees from YG Japan, collectively known as Treasure J. The group also included Keita, Asahi, Mahiro, Kotaro, Haruto (who will debut in Treasure), and Mashiho, who is also part of the second boy group’s lineup.

In his introduction film for the survival reality show, Yoshinori expressed his admiration for rappers and his desire to make a name for himself as one.

“Rappers who express power through the lyrics are cool. I also want to be a rapper that gives strength to the people. I do what I decide,” he said.

YG Entertainment will continue to reveal the rest of the members on February 3 and 4 at 11 a.m. KST.

If YGE follows the pattern it used with Treasure, the six-member boy group may greet fans through a V Live broadcast on the same day when the final member is introduced.
